Brad Pitt Tattoos- Interview On Oprah

Oprah introduced Brad Pitt and he walked out on to stage as all the women in the audience was screaming. He has a mustache.

The show was taped the day after the presidential election.

‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’ which will open on Christmas Day. The story is about an 80 year old who ages backwards to a baby. They used computer graphics to make him look old.

Oprah asked if there will be more kids. Brad said probably. He added “Why should we stop?”

He said that he is knee deep in poop and pee. He said that at first he was in shock by the vomit. But he has now grown comfortable when he sees food that was puked up.

Oprah asked how are the twins.


Brad: They are lovely. He said that one looks like her and one looks like him.

In the beginning Brad Pitt said that they tried to take care of the kids themselves.

Oprah asked how it has been more than expected.

Pitt said that the kids make him a better person. He added that it is the greatest thing he has ever taken on. He said that he has something to go home to.

Oprah asked how to handle the fishbowl glare of the world.

Pitt said that every time they go somewhere they have pictures taken of them. They try to do there best and try to get as much normalcy as possible. Pitt said that they don’t go to the mall. Pitt said that to go anywhere it takes a half an hour just to get ready to go anywhere.

Because Jolie had cesarean before and with the twins they she had to spend three week in the hospital prior to delivering the babies. Pitt said that the kids are really sweet with the twins.

Oprah showed Pitts first big role in Thelma and Louise. Then she showed him in ‘Interview with a Vampire.’ They showed his long running film roles.

The next topic was the photos that were published in W magazine of Angelina Jolie. Pitt took the photos of Jolie. Pitt said that he wanted to get pictures of her around the house. Pitt said that her daughter Shiloh wants to be called John or Peter from the Peter Pan story. Pitt said that the kids have it figured out with every half an hour after putting them to bed the kids come one by one. He thinks the kids have it all planned out.

Oprah asked if he is the happiest he has ever been?

Pitt said, Do I dare say?
Oprah added back, I Dare See.

Oprah said that Pitt’s film is the must see holiday film this year. They show a clip of the film. It is based on a short story. The story is based in New Orleans. It looks like a movie for adults with a good section around a love story. The film is rated PG-13.

Actress Cate Blanchett came on the show to talk about the film. She co-stars in the movie as Pitts love interest.

Blanchett said it was incredible, and that films like this don’t get made everyday. Blanchett said that her father died when she was 10 years old. She was raised by her mother and grandmother.

Oprah asked if they studied old people to get ready for the role. Blanchett said that her first job she ever did was work with old people.

Blanchett said that she did ballet when she was younger.

Viewers asked questions to Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.

One viewer asked Brad Pitt if he was every left home alone with all six kids and how did he handle it.

Pitt said the most he will take on is four of them at a time. Pitt said that they kids have a timeout chair.

Another question for Cate Blanchett - He wants someone that is like her. What were you looking for in a husband.

Blanchett said that if your body actually fits together when you sleep in bed then you will be ok. Sense of humors she added. She said that her husband is a very strong individual and is not affected by her success and is proud of her.

Next question from a viewer asked Brad Pitt how many tattoos he has and what do they mean?

Pitt blushed big time. Blanchett added will you show them to us. Pitt didn’t want to go there. The viewer said that he has a tattoo of an iceman. The viewer added that he has a tattoo on his tummy. (Ok so I had to look it up on the tattoo of the iceman. It was a bit strange, he got a tattoo of a naturally preserved mummy that was around 3300 B.C. The name of the iceman is Otzi the iceman. Another viewer asked Brad Pitt if you could go completely unrecognized from the paparazzi how would you spend the day.

Pitt said he would like to tear down his fences and be able to wave at every car that goes by, have a barbeque, and go to an ice cream truck.

Another viewer asked what are their favorite family memories and traditions.

Cate Blanchett said that the Christmas in Australia was a hot. Her mother was big about going around and helping other people during Christmas.

Pitt said that they alternate. Last year they were in New Orleans. They have one gift Christmas Eve, and the rest of the presents on Christmas Day. Pitt said that they incorporate things that have to do with were the kids came from.

The next viewer wanted to know what is their favorite meal.

Blanchett goes through phases. She went through a phase were all she wanted to eat muesli which is cereal made out of uncooked rolled oats fruit and nuts. Then she went into a sushi phase. She no longer eats red meat. Her last meal would probable be a bowl of rice.

Pitt said that he will eat anything and everything. His favorites lately are Indian food. Pitt said that they try to cook at home.
